Its connectivity between programs must be prepared to house the planned activities as well as unplanned. The hybrid is a super building. The hybrid goes beyond the small scale and enters the field of urban planning. Therefore, the building does not go through a multitude of programmatic volumes but a unique volume where the program develops inside hopes to create a variety of situations and events, the building as a city. The project appears in the space left by the construction scar S.

建物はタンジェ広場と、北、南の古いヘルミダ広場とを結 ぶコンクリートの塊として出現し、この塊は、中庭と玄関 を作っている自然光の空間、公共のプログラムのボリュー ムの間の空間的緊張を作っている空間、によって 孔され 始める。 よりプライベートなプログラムを実施する為には住宅プロ グラムを含むリングの追加が不可欠になる。プロジェクト は質量を構築するという最初のコンセプトを壊さず、中は 人々が往来出来る3つの中庭に唯一繋がっており、それは都 市特性の様々なプログラムを含む一つの街に似ている。. The building appears as a concrete mass that connects the the Plaza de Tanger, to the north,to the square of the old Hermida in the south. This mass begins to be perforated with voids creating patios and entrances of natural light and creating spatial tension between their volumes, in these voids the public program.

The need for the implementation of a more private program gives the necessity to add an additional ring that contains the housing program. An action that takes the place in its present, material and form, represented by its resultant eroded. Deep into the landscape, the primary force of the scenario, the stripping of the geological layers, exposed to erosion and climate - an inimitable experience, lived in the spaces they generate. The project comes as an intervention that aims to somehow soften or even stop this same growth in the valley of Manique, in an area of water and agriculture, an area totally uncharacteristic and distorted by buildings of various heights and forms with some farms around it. The project closes the possibility of new construction around the river, it is intended to ensure not only a public green area, a breathing zone in that urban mesh but also trying to bring new life to the river.

For this It is necessary a choice of a suitable material to this situation. The wood, with its slow aging characteristic, easy to construct and disassemble, this material that dissolves into the landscape, giving a sense of his own existence before it was placed there, with the possibility of a redevelopment of an entire valley.

The slatted wood helps to give the building its transparency, however creates a limit to their presence and emphasizes the space environment in the boundary between the interior and exterior. The project is the transition between the urban and rural, preserving the qualities of Valley Caparide. The space is generator of the structure. Thus, the structure keeps unchanged while the program adapts to this same structure.
